Repairs that blend in and keep water out

Your Local Stucco Repair Company

We fix cracked, stained and water-damaged stucco on homes across Toronto and the GTA. Traditional stucco or EIFS, one hairline crack or a soaked wall section: we find where the water gets in, rebuild the wall properly, and match the texture and colour so the repair disappears into the wall.

Signs your stucco needs repair

When To Call

  • Cracks wider than 1/16 inch

Hairline cracks are normal. Wider ones, or cracks that keep growing or leak, can let water in behind the stucco.

  • Staining and streaks

Dark streaks below windows and ledges usually mean water is running where it should not.

  • Bulging or soft spots

A wall that bulges, or sounds hollow when tapped, often has moisture or separation underneath.

  • Crumbling edges

Stucco breaking away at corners, the foundation line or around windows is a common way water gets in.

Stucco Repair FAQ

How much does stucco repair cost?

It depends on the size of the damage, how high and accessible the wall is, and whether there is water damage behind the stucco. Small crack repairs cost far less than rebuilding a wet section. We give you a written quote after seeing it in person.

Should I repair or replace my stucco?

Most damage can be repaired. Replacement usually only makes sense when large areas are soaked, delaminated or failing in many places. An inspection tells you which situation you are in.

Can you repair stucco in winter?

The National Building Code calls for cement stucco to be kept at 10 °C or warmer during application and for 48 hours afterwards, and acrylic and EIFS finishes need about 5 °C, so most repair work in Toronto happens from late spring to early fall. We can still inspect and quote in winter and handle urgent temporary protection.

How long does a stucco repair take?

Small crack and patch repairs are often done in a day. Larger repairs with water damage take longer, because each coat needs time to cure before the next one goes on.

Will the repair match my existing stucco?

We match both the texture and the colour to your current finish. On older or faded walls, a new finish coat over the whole elevation sometimes gives a more even result, and we will tell you if we think that is the case.

What is the difference between EIFS and traditional stucco?

Traditional stucco is a cement-based plaster applied over wire lath. EIFS (synthetic stucco) is a foam insulation board with a mesh and acrylic finish, and it sounds hollow when tapped. They are repaired with different materials, so we identify which one you have first.
